Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: Clean rag or paper towel for wiping, funnel if adding fluid.
  • Ensure the engine is off, and the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
2. Check Fluid Level
  • Open the hood and secure it with the prop rod.
  • Identify the power steering fluid reservoir.
  • Wipe the exterior of the reservoir with a clean rag to avoid contamination.
  • Remove the cap and check the fluid level against the "MIN" and "MAX" markings.
3. Add Fluid (if necessary)
  • If the fluid is below the "MIN" mark:
    • Use the appropriate power steering fluid as specified in the owner’s manual (usually Honda PSF).
    • Place a funnel into the reservoir opening.
    • Slowly pour the fluid until it reaches the "MAX" mark, avoiding overfilling.
  • Replace and secure the cap tightly to avoid leaks.
