Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: Fuse puller or needle-nose pliers, flashlight (if needed)
  • Ensure the vehicle is turned off and parked on a level surface.
2. Access the Fuse Box
  • Open the driver's side door and locate the fuse box cover on the lower left side of the dashboard.
  • If replacing a fuse in the engine compartment, open the hood and locate the fuse box near the battery.
3. Remove the Blown Fuse
  • Use the fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to grasp the blown fuse.
  • Pull the fuse straight out of the socket gently to avoid damaging the surrounding fuses.
4. Install the New Fuse
  • Select a new fuse with the same amperage rating as the one being replaced (check the fuse diagram for the correct rating).
  • Align the new fuse with the slot and push it firmly into place until it is seated securely.
5. Reassemble and Test
  • Replace the fuse box cover securely.
  • Turn on the vehicle and check the functionality of the previously malfunctioning electrical component.
