1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: Jack and jack stands, lug wrench, brake cleaner, torque wrench, socket set, and a C-clamp or brake caliper tool.

2. Remove Wheel
  • Loosen lug nuts slightly while the vehicle is on the ground.
  • Raise the vehicle with a jack and secure it with jack stands.
  • Remove the lug nuts completely and take off the wheel.
3. Inspect and Replace Brake Pads
  • Inspect Brake Pads:

    • Remove the caliper bolts using a socket wrench.
    • Carefully slide the caliper off the rotor. Use a brake hanger or similar support to avoid straining the brake line.
