Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is turned off.
  • Disconnect the battery to avoid electrical issues while working on the vehicle.
2. Clean the Throttle Body
  • Tools Required: Throttle body cleaner, socket set, screwdriver.
  • Remove the air intake duct to access the throttle body.
  • Spray throttle body cleaner inside the throttle body while opening the throttle plate manually.
  • Wipe clean with a lint-free cloth and ensure all residue is removed.
  • Reattach the air intake duct securely.
3. Replace the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (if faulty)
  • Tools Required: Socket set, multimeter.
  • Disconnect the wiring harness from the APP sensor.
  • Remove the mounting screws holding the sensor in place.
  • Install the new APP sensor and secure it with screws.
  • Reconnect the wiring harness and ensure a snug fit.
4. Inspect and Replace Fuel Filter (if clogged)
  • Tools Required: Fuel line disconnect tool, socket set.
  • Relieve fuel system pressure using the fuel pump relay.
  • Disconnect the fuel lines from the filter using the fuel line disconnect tool.
  • Remove the old fuel filter and install the new one, ensuring correct flow direction.
  • Reconnect the fuel lines securely and check for leaks.
5. Check and Replace Transmission Fluid (if necessary)
  • Tools Required: Transmission fluid pump, socket set, torque wrench.
  • Remove the transmission fluid pan and inspect the filter.
  • Replace the filter if clogged and clean the pan.
  • Refill with the manufacturer-recommended transmission fluid to the appropriate level using the fluid pump.
  • Torque the pan bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
