Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: socket set, gloves, microfiber cloth.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the engine off and cooled down.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shock.
2. Access the Headlight Assembly
  • Open the hood and locate the headlight assembly.
  • Remove the plastic cover or clips that protect the rear of the headlight assembly, if applicable.
3. Remove the Old Bulb
  • Locate the bulb socket at the rear of the headlight assembly.
  • Turn the socket counterclockwise to unlock it and pull it out gently.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb by pressing the release tab and pulling it off.
4. Install the New Bulb
  • Wearing gloves, take the new bulb out of its packaging, avoiding touching the glass portion.
  • Connect the electrical connector to the new bulb until it clicks into place.
