Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required:
    • OBD-II scanner
    • Multimeter
    • Socket set
    • Screwdrivers
  • Disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working on electrical components.
2. Access Fuel Sender Unit
  • Raise the rear of the vehicle securely on jack stands.
  • Remove the fuel tank access cover (if applicable) or lower the fuel tank to access the fuel sender unit.
  • Disconnect the fuel lines and electrical connectors from the fuel pump module.
3. Remove and Inspect Fuel Sender Unit
  • Unbolt the fuel sender unit from the fuel tank using the appropriate socket size.
  • Carefully lift out the fuel sender unit from the tank.
