Solution
1. Preparation

  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical short circuits.

2. Replace Faulty Components
  • Gas Cap Replacement:

    1. Remove the old gas cap by turning it counterclockwise.
    2. Install the new gas cap by turning it clockwise until it clicks.
  • Spark Plug Replacement:

    1. Remove the ignition coil by unscrewing the retaining bolts.
    2. Pull the ignition coil out and remove the old spark plug with a spark plug socket.
    3. Install the new spark plug, hand-tighten, then torque to 13 lb-ft.
