Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required:
    • Lint-free cloth or paper towel
    • Funnel (if adding fluid)
    • Transmission fluid (if needed)
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is warm but not overheating.
2. Checking Fluid Level
  • Remove the dipstick from the transmission tube.
  • Wipe the dipstick clean with a lint-free cloth.
  • Reinsert the dipstick completely back into the tube.
  • Remove the dipstick again to check the fluid level.
    • Fluid Level Check: The fluid should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the dipstick.
3. Adding Transmission Fluid (if necessary)
  • If the fluid is low, use a funnel to add the appropriate Honda ATF-Z1 (or equivalent) fluid through the dipstick tube.
  • Add fluid in small increments, checking the level after each addition until it reaches the "Full" mark.
4. Final Steps
  • Reinsert the dipstick securely back into the tube.
  • Close the hood and ensure everything is in place.
