Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
  • Gather the necessary tools, if any (mainly your hands).
2. Resetting the Maintenance Light
  1. Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position (do not start the engine).
  2. Press the odometer/trip meter button until you see "Trip A" displayed.
  3. Turn off the ignition switch completely.
  4. Press and hold the odometer/trip meter button.
  5. While still holding the button, turn the ignition switch back to the "ON" position.
  6. Keep holding the button until the maintenance light blinks and then goes out.
