Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and is in "On" position (without starting the engine).
  • Have the odometer/trip meter button ready for use.
2. Resetting the Maintenance Light
  1. Access Trip Meter

    • Press the odometer/trip meter button until the trip meter is displayed (not the odometer).
  2. Turn Off the Engine

    • Turn off the ignition completely.
  3. Turn On the Ignition

    • While holding the odometer/trip meter button, turn the ignition to the "On" position without starting the engine.
  4. Continue Holding the Button

    • Keep holding the odometer/trip meter button until the maintenance light blinks and then turns off (this may take about 10 seconds).
  5. Release the Button

    • Release the odometer/trip meter button once the light is off.
  6. Turn Off the Ignition Again

    • Turn the ignition off and then back on to ensure the maintenance light is reset.
