Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather Tools:
    • OBD-II scanner
    • Torque wrench
    • Socket set
    • Transmission jack
    • Drain pan
  • Safety Precautions:
    • Disconnect the battery before starting work.
    • Allow the engine to cool down.
2. Remove Transmission Fluid
  • Place a drain pan under the transmission pan.
  • Remove the transmission drain plug or pan bolts and let the fluid drain completely.
  • Reinstall the drain plug or transmission pan after draining.
3. Remove Transmission
  • Support the transmission using a transmission jack.
  • Disconnect the driveshaft from the transmission and secure it out of the way.
