Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools and parts required for the repair.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety.

2. Inspect and Clean Throttle Body
  • Remove the air intake duct connected to the throttle body using a socket set.
  • Spray throttle body cleaner onto a clean cloth and gently scrub the throttle plate and inside of the throttle body.
  • Reassemble the air intake duct, ensuring there are no leaks.
3. Replace Spark Plugs
  • Locate the spark plugs and remove the ignition coil covers if necessary.
  • Disconnect the electrical connectors from the ignition coils.
  • Remove the ignition coils using a socket set and take out the old spark plugs using a spark plug socket.
  • Install new spark plugs by hand to avoid cross-threading, then torque to the manufacturer's specifications (typically around 13-15 lb-ft).
