Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather all necessary tools and parts.
  • Park the vehicle on a level surface and turn off the ignition.
  • Disconnect the battery by removing the negative terminal to ensure safety.
2. Access the Headlight Assembly
  • Open the hood and locate the headlight assembly.
  • Remove any plastic covers or clips that obstruct access to the headlight.
3. Remove the Old Headlight Bulb
  • Locate the bulb connector at the back of the headlight assembly.
  • Twist and pull the bulb connector to disconnect it from the bulb.
  • Remove the old bulb by twisting it counterclockwise and pulling it out gently.
4. Install the New Headlight Bulb
  • Take the new bulb (ensure it’s the correct type, typically H11 for low beams and 9005 for high beams) out of its packaging, holding it by the base to avoid touching the glass.
  • Insert the new bulb into the socket and twist it clockwise to secure.
  • Reconnect the bulb connector to the back of the new bulb.
5. Reassemble Headlight Assembly
  • If applicable, replace any plastic covers or clips that were removed to access the headlight assembly.
  • Ensure the headlight assembly is properly seated and secured to the vehicle.
6. Reconnect Battery and Test
  • Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
  • Turn on the ignition and test the new headlights to ensure they function correctly.
