1. Preparation

• Gather tools: socket set, brake fluid, brake line wrench, jack stands, and safety goggles.
• Ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface, and engage the parking brake.
• Disconnect the battery to prevent electrical issues.

2. Check and Refill Brake Fluid

• Open the hood and locate the brake master cylinder.
• Inspect the fluid level; if low, use the appropriate brake fluid type as specified in the owner’s manual.
• Clean the reservoir cap before removing it to prevent contamination.
• Refill brake fluid to the recommended level and re-secure the cap.

3. Inspect and Repair Brake Lines

• Visually inspect all brake lines for signs of rust, corrosion, or leaks.
• If leaks are found, replace the damaged section of the brake line using a brake line wrench.
  • Disconnect the damaged line from the master cylinder and calipers.
