Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools: OBD-II scanner, multimeter, socket set, screwdrivers, and safety gloves.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the ignition is off.
  • Disconnect the vehicle battery to prevent electrical shorts.
2. Replace Blower Motor (if faulty)
  1. Remove the passenger side lower dash panel using a screwdriver.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor.
  3. Unbolt the blower motor from its housing (usually 2-3 screws) and remove it.
  4. Install the new blower motor by reversing the removal steps.
  5. Reconnect the electrical connector and reattach the lower dash panel.
3. Recharge A/C System (if refrigerant levels are low)
  1. Connect the A/C manifold gauge set to the low and high-pressure service ports.
  2. Check the pressure readings and compare them to manufacturer specifications.
  3. If low, add refrigerant slowly while monitoring the pressure gauges.
  4. Disconnect the manifold gauge set and ensure all caps are securely replaced.
4. Replace Climate Control Module (if necessary)
  1. Remove the climate control panel by unscrewing it from the dashboard.
  2. Disconnect the wiring harness from the climate control module.
  3. Remove any screws securing the module and take it out.
  4. Install the new climate control module, securing it with screws and reconnecting the wiring harness.
  5. Reattach the climate control panel to the dashboard.
