1. Battery Replacement
  • Tools Required: Small flathead screwdriver, CR2032 battery
  • Carefully open the key fob casing using the flathead screwdriver.
  • Remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side is facing up.
  • Snap the key fob casing back together securely.
2. Reprogramming the Key Fob
  • Tools Required: None
  • Ensure all doors are closed and the vehicle is in the “OFF” position.
  • Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the “ON” position (do not start the engine).
  • Turn the key back to the “OFF” position and remove it.

  • Press any button on the key fob within 8 seconds to complete the programming.
