Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: Jack and jack stands, socket set, torque wrench, wheel chocks, safety gloves, and goggles.

2. Remove the Wheel
  1. Loosen the lug nuts on the affected wheel while the vehicle is still on the ground.
  2. Raise the vehicle using a jack and secure it on jack stands.
  3. Remove the lug nuts completely and take off the wheel.
3. Remove the Brake Caliper and Rotor
  1. Unbolt the brake caliper from the bracket using the appropriate socket.
  2. Hang the caliper using a bungee cord to avoid stress on the brake line.
  3. Remove the brake rotor by unscrewing any retaining screws if present.
4. Remove the Wheel Hub Assembly
  1. Unbolt the wheel hub assembly by removing the bolts securing it to the knuckle (usually requires a socket wrench).
