Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a stationary position and the engine is off.
  • Have the vehicle key or remote ready for use.
2. Access the Dashboard
  • Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to position 1 (do not start the engine).
  • If you have a push-button start, press the button without pressing the brake pedal.
3. Reset the Oil Change Light
  • Press the gas pedal fully three times within 10 seconds.
  • Turn the ignition off, then turn it back to position 1.
  • The oil change light should now be reset. If successful, the "Service Engine Oil" message should no longer be displayed.
4. Verify Reset
  • Start the engine to confirm that the oil change light has been successfully reset and does not reappear.
