Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required:
    • Torx screwdriver (T20)
    • Flathead screwdriver
    • Clean cloth

2. Access the Cabin Air Filter
  1. Open the passenger side door.
  2. Remove the glove compartment by:
    • Disconnecting the dampening strap (if equipped) using a flathead screwdriver.
    • Unscrewing the Torx screws (T20) securing the glove box.
    • Gently pulling the glove compartment down and disconnecting any electrical connectors (if applicable).
3. Remove the Old Cabin Air Filter
  1. Locate the cabin air filter housing behind the glove compartment.
  2. Release the clips or screws securing the filter cover.
  3. Pull out the old cabin air filter carefully, noting the orientation for the new filter.
4. Install the New Cabin Air Filter
