Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the ignition is off.
  • Disconnect the battery to ensure safety while working on electrical components.
2. Remove the Left Front Wheel
  • Use a jack to lift the front of the vehicle and secure it with jack stands.
  • Remove the lug nuts using a socket set and take off the left front wheel.
3. Replace the Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor
  • Locate the left front wheel speed sensor, typically mounted near the brake rotor.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor by pressing the tab and pulling it out.
  • Remove the sensor from its mounting bracket, noting any mounting screws or clips.
  • Install the new wheel speed sensor in the reverse order, ensuring it is securely fastened.
  • Reconnect the electrical connector, ensuring a tight fit.
4. Reassemble and Test
  • Reinstall the left front wheel and hand-tighten the lug nuts.
  • Lower the vehicle and tighten the lug nuts to the manufacturer’s specified torque value (usually around 100-120 Nm).
  • Reconnect the battery.
