Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is off.
  • Disconnect the battery to prevent electrical shorts.
2. Recharge AC System
  • Tools Required: AC refrigerant kit, pressure gauge.
  • Locate the low-pressure service port on the AC system.
  • Connect the refrigerant can to the pressure gauge and attach it to the low-pressure port.
  • Start the engine and turn the AC to maximum setting.
  • Slowly release the refrigerant into the system while monitoring the pressure gauge. Ensure it reaches the manufacturer’s specified level.
  • Disconnect the refrigerant canister and replace the cap on the service port.
3. Replace AC Relay/Fuses
  • Tools Required: Fuse puller or flathead screwdriver.
  • Locate the fuse box (usually under the dashboard or in the engine compartment).
  • Identify and remove the AC relay and any blown fuses.
  • Replace with new relays/fuses of the same amperage rating.
  • Reconnect the battery.
4. Inspect and Replace Cabin Air Filter
  • Tools Required: Screwdriver set (if applicable).
  • Locate the cabin air filter access panel (usually behind the glove box).
  • Remove the panel and take out the old cabin air filter.
  • Inspect the filter for debris and replace it with a new one.
  • Reassemble the access panel.
