Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Tools Required: Fuse puller or needle-nose pliers, multimeter, replacement fuse.
  • Ensure the vehicle is turned off and parked on a flat surface.
2. Locate the Fuse Box
  • Open the driver's side door and locate the fuse box cover on the left side of the dashboard.
  • Remove the cover by gently pulling it off or unscrewing any fasteners if applicable.
3. Identify and Remove the Blown Fuse
  • Refer to the fuse diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover or in the owner’s manual to find the location of the blown fuse.
  • Use a fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to carefully pull the blown fuse out of its socket.
4. Install the New Fuse
  • Match the amperage rating of the blown fuse with a new fuse (ensure it is the same type).
  • Insert the new fuse into the correct slot firmly until it is seated properly.
5. Reassemble and Test
  • Replace the fuse box cover securely.
  • Start the vehicle and test the previously malfunctioning electrical component to ensure it is functioning properly.
