Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the ignition is off.
  • Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent electrical shock.
2. Check and Replace Fuses
  • Locate the fuse box, usually found under the dashboard or in the engine compartment.
  • Remove the cover and locate the fuse associated with the instrument panel lights.
  • Use a fuse puller or pliers to carefully remove the fuse.
  • Inspect the fuse; if it is blown, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage.
  • Reinstall the fuse box cover and reconnect the battery.
3. Replace Dash Light Bulbs
  • Remove the screws or clips securing the instrument cluster panel.
  • Gently pull the cluster away from the dashboard.
  • Disconnect the wiring harnesses from the back of the cluster.
  • Remove the old bulbs by twisting them counterclockwise.
  • Install new bulbs by inserting them and twisting clockwise to secure.
4. Reassemble and Test
  • Reconnect the wiring harnesses to the instrument cluster.
  • Position the instrument cluster back into its slot and secure it with screws or clips.
  • Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
  • Turn on the vehicle and check if the dash lights illuminate properly.
