1. Preparation

3. Replace Spark Plugs (if necessary)
  • Remove the ignition coils by unscrewing the bolts securing them.
  • Pull out the coils and remove the old spark plugs using a spark plug socket.
  • Inspect the spark plugs for wear; replace with new plugs if necessary, ensuring they are gapped according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Reinstall the ignition coils and torque to manufacturer specifications.
4. Replace Fuel Filter (if necessary)
  • Locate the fuel filter; it’s usually found along the fuel line.
