1. Preparation
  • Tools Required:
    • Flathead screwdriver or trim removal tool
    • Microfiber cloth (for cleaning)
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface, and the engine is off.
2. Access the Cabin Air Filter
  1. Open the glove compartment and remove all items inside.
  2. Locate the damper arm on the right side of the glove compartment. Gently squeeze the sides of the arm and detach it from the compartment.
  3. Remove the glove compartment by pressing in on the sides to free it from the hinges. Lower the glove compartment completely to access the filter housing.
3. Remove and Replace the Cabin Air Filter

  4. Install the new cabin air filter, ensuring it is oriented correctly according to the airflow direction indicated on the filter.
  5. Reattach the filter cover and ensure it is securely fastened.
4. Reassemble the Glove Compartment
  1. Lift the glove compartment back into place and align it with the hinges.
