Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is on a level surface.
  • Gather necessary tools: a clean lint-free cloth or paper towel.
2. Check Fluid Level
  • Start the engine and let it idle until it reaches normal operating temperature.
  • Engage the parking brake and shift through all gears, pausing for a few seconds in each gear.
  • Return the gear selector to the "P" position and keep the engine running.
  • Remove the dipstick, wipe it clean, then reinsert it fully.
  • Pull the dipstick out again and observe the fluid level. The level should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the dipstick.
3. Adding Fluid (if necessary)
  • If the fluid level is low, locate the transmission fluid fill tube.
  • Using a funnel, add the recommended transmission fluid type (e.g., Toyota ATF WS) through the fill tube gradually until the level reaches the "Full" mark on the dipstick.
  • Recheck the fluid level with the dipstick to ensure proper level.
