3. Remove the Strut Assembly
  • Locate and remove the retaining bolts connecting the strut to the steering knuckle using a socket set.
  • Disconnect any necessary components, such as sway bar links or brake lines, that may obstruct strut removal.
  • Remove the upper strut mount bolts located under the hood, accessing them through the engine bay.
  • Carefully pull the strut assembly out of its housing.
4. Install New Strut
  • Position the new strut into the strut housing.
