Solution
1. Software Update
  • Go to the vehicle’s main screen and navigate to the “Software” tab.
  • Check for any available updates and install them if necessary.
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the update process.
2. 12V Battery Inspection
  • Tools Required: Multimeter, socket set
  • Open the front trunk and locate the 12V battery.
  • Disconnect the negative (-) terminal first, and then disconnect the positive (+) terminal.
  • Use a multimeter to check the voltage of the 12V battery; it should read between 12.4V and 12.6V (fully charged).
    • If the voltage is below 12.4V, replace the battery.
  • Reconnect terminals, starting with the positive (+) terminal first, then the negative (-) terminal.
3. Battery Management System Reset
  • Tools Required: None
  • Power off the vehicle completely by holding down the brake pedal and pressing the "Power Off" button on the touchscreen.
  • Wait for at least 2 minutes and then press the brake pedal again to turn the vehicle back on.
  • Monitor for the warning message after restarting.
