1. Preparation

2. Soft Reset of the Touchscreen
  1. Sit in the driver’s seat with the vehicle on (not driving).
  2. Press and hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel simultaneously.
  3. Maintain pressure until the touchscreen turns black and the Tesla logo appears.
  4. Release the scroll wheels once the logo is displayed.
  5. Wait for the screen to reboot and return to the normal operating mode.
