Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools and parts required.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety.
  • Allow the engine to cool down completely.
2. Access Fuel Injectors
  • Remove the engine cover (if applicable) using the socket set.
  • Detach any components blocking access to the fuel injectors, such as the intake manifold (if required).
3. Remove Faulty Fuel Injectors
  • Disconnect the fuel injector electrical connectors carefully.
  • Use a fuel line disconnect tool to relieve fuel pressure and disconnect fuel lines.
  • Remove the mounting bolts securing the fuel rail and carefully lift it off the injectors.
  • Gently pull out the faulty fuel injectors from the fuel rail.
4. Install New Fuel Injectors
  • Apply a small amount of engine oil to the O-rings of the new fuel injectors to ensure a proper seal.
  • Insert the new fuel injectors into the fuel rail until they seat firmly.
  • Reattach the fuel rail to the engine, securing it with the mounting bolts to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.
5. Reconnect Components
  • Reconnect the fuel lines and ensure there are no leaks.
  • Reconnect the electrical connectors to the fuel injectors.
  • Reinstall any components removed earlier, including the intake manifold and engine cover.
6. Final Checks
  • Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
  • Start the engine and allow it to run, checking for leaks around the injectors and fuel lines.
