Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools: multimeter, ammeter, battery terminal cleaner, wrenches, load tester, and replacement fuses if necessary.

2. Clean Battery Terminals
  • Use terminal cleaner to remove any corrosion from battery terminals.
  • Disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal.
  • Clean the terminals and cable ends thoroughly, then reconnect starting with the positive terminal.
3. Replace Faulty Battery
  • If the battery is found to be defective, remove it:
    • Disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal.
    • Use a socket set to remove the battery hold-down bracket.
    • Carefully lift the battery out of the tray.
  • Install a new battery:
    • Place the new battery in the tray.
