Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather Tools: OBD-II scanner, multimeter, socket set, Phillips screwdriver, AC gauge set.
  • Safety Warning: Disconnect the battery before working on electrical components to prevent short circuits.
2. Replace Faulty Components
  • Cabin Air Filter:

    • Locate the cabin air filter compartment (usually behind the glove box).
    • Remove the glove box panel (if necessary) by unscrewing screws and unclipping plastic clips.
    • Pull out the old cabin air filter and install a new one, ensuring it is oriented correctly.
  • Blower Motor:

    • If the blower motor is faulty, disconnect the wiring harness and remove the mounting screws.
    • Pull out the old blower motor and replace it with a new motor, reattaching the screws and wiring harness.
  • Climate Control Module:

    • If diagnostic codes indicate a failure, remove the climate control module from the dashboard.
    • Disconnect the wiring harness and unscrew the module from its bracket.
    • Install the new module and reconnect the wiring harness securely.
3. Recharge AC System (if applicable)
  • Connect the AC gauge set to the service ports on the AC system.
  • Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 30 minutes.
  • Recharge the system with the specified amount of refrigerant as per manufacturer's specifications.
