Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Park the vehicle on a flat surface and engage the parking brake.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical issues.
2. Lift the Vehicle
  • Use a hydraulic jack to lift the front or rear of the vehicle.
  • Secure the vehicle with jack stands for safety.
3. Remove Wheel
  • Use a lug wrench to loosen and remove the wheel nuts.
  • Remove the wheel to access the strut assembly.
4. Remove the Strut Assembly
  • Disconnect the sway bar link from the strut (if applicable) using a socket.
  • Remove the lower strut bolts using a socket set. Note the orientation for reinstallation.
  • Open the hood and remove the strut top mounting bolts from the strut tower using a socket wrench.
  • Carefully lower the strut assembly from the vehicle.
5. Install New Struts
  • Position the new strut assembly into the strut tower and align it with the mounting holes.
