Solution
1. Preparation

3. Check and Replace Spark Plugs
  • Remove the ignition coil cover (if applicable) by unscrewing or unclipping it.
  • Disconnect the ignition coils from the spark plugs.
  • Use a spark plug socket to remove the old spark plugs.
  • Inspect the spark plugs for wear; replace them with new OEM plugs, ensuring the gap is set to specification (typically 0.032 inches for BMW).
  • Reinstall the ignition coils and cover.
4. Inspect and Test MAF Sensor
